Garbage enzyme is a simple method that everyone can make at home, and can benefit from having an organic, multipurposed liquid solution to replace chemical products, as well as to reduce the greenhouse gases effect by turning waste into something useful. The process is similar with wine making process.
The experience will take place in our gardens which follow and apply principles of sustainable agriculture. Traditionally, the villagers always keep medicinal plants in their gardens and fences, or know how to find them in the wild. DIY Used cooking oil recycling – making hand soaps experience
It is recommended that cooking oil should not be reused more than 2 times. However, pouring them down to the sewage system blocking the system, doing harm for the microbes and other organisms depending on the water stream, and costs money to remove.
This is the simple way that every family or neighborhood community can do together to turn this oil into hand soaps instead. The soaps can also be used for other purposes. The solution especially plays an important role in a tourism destination like Hoi An where a number of hotels and restaurants serving everyday

Native and Adaptable Plant Nursery
Native and Adaptable Plant Species play an important role in sustainable land management, agriculture and biodiversity that ensure the benefit for local communities and local natural system in a long run. The nursery is an operational and educational space where regenerative strategies and actions are taken place.
